My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were incredibly spacious with a large terrace, and the chic decor gave off a luxurious vibe. The service was top-notch, super personalized, and the staff even went the extra mile with shoe shining services and thoughtful touches like a mat and slippers. The location was perfect, right at the center of everything you need in Madrid. The dining experience was delightful, especially enjoying breakfast on the terrace overlooking the streets. However, I did find the beef dishes a bit lacking. Overall, a wonderful experience!
